A Living Tradition of Ayurveda

Four Generations of Healing

Dr. NAC is built upon a legacy of Vaidyas who have practiced and preserved Ayurveda across generations. This lineage is not just heritage—it is a continuous refinement of knowledge, intuition, and clinical excellence.

Our Founder

Dr. Nedungadi V. Haridas is a respected Ayurvedic physician, researcher, and educator with more than four decades of experience in Ayurvedic medicine. Honored with the title Ayurveda Ratna and a PhD from the Open International University for Complementary Medicines in Sri Lanka, he has dedicated his life to advancing Ayurveda.

His research collaborations with institutions such as JIPMER, Stanley Medical College, and Madras Medical College have explored Ayurvedic approaches to conditions including endocrine disorders, infertility, arthritis, rheumatism, and metabolic diseases.

In 1980, he founded Dr. Nedungadi’s Ayurvedic Center with a vision of practising Ayurveda in its authentic holistic form.

Carrying the Legacy Forward

Dr. Sai Deepa Nedungadi, a fourth-generation Ayurveda Vaidya, serves as the Chief Physician at Dr. NAC. With over 15 years of clinical experience, she integrates classical Ayurvedic medicine with Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Lifestyle practices.

At the age of 17, she became one of the youngest certified yoga teachers through the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in the Himalayas. Her areas of focus include women’s health, preventive medicine, lifestyle disorders, and mind-body healing.

Through her work, she continues the family legacy while making Ayurveda relevant and accessible for modern life.
